Written Statement
i4 Pay Partners is a fully compliant Umbrella company and as such is an employer to contractors and temporary workers in the UK. This allows the individual to carry out multiple assignments, through various recruitment firms, whilst having the benefit of just one employer and being eligible for all statutory employee rights and benefits.
Umbrella companies by their very nature do not have the same control over the gender make up or the salaries of their employees as other employers do. These are very much governed by the sector in which the contractor works and their hourly rate is generally agreed between the individual and their recruitment firm/end client prior to the commencement of employment with the Umbrella company.
This statement confirms that the published information is accurate as at the time of publishing and is signed by Alison Jolly, Operations Manager.
