We would like to think that our service levels remained unaffected during the worst of the pandemic and we have been able to process payments and continue supporting contractors as we were before the virus hit the UK, but being together again and helping colleagues solve queries means that we are able to move onto helping the next contractor even faster.
Further to that, it is great for team morale to be amongst friends again. Whilst we have been able to regularly communicate via telephone, email and video-conferencing, there is no substitute for face to face interaction.
Working from home allowed i4 to offer our staff a new way of working, and we can use those experiences moving forward to keep our staff hungry and motivated which passes on to the contractors in terms of increased customer service levels.
Everyone at i4 now hopes that the worst of the pandemic is well and truly behind us and we can look forward instead of back, to focus on new challenges and opportunities for all of us in the years ahead.
Lastly, we want to thank our clients and contractors for staying loyal to i4 for the last two years.
